Data collection
Nabst Studio collects only the data you voluntarily submit through forms on the site (email address, message). This data is used exclusively to respond to you or to keep you informed of changes to the service.
Data use
Your personal data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. It is used solely in the context of the relationship between you and Nabst Studio.
Recipients and processors
To provide the service, Nabst Studio relies on technical providers that may process certain data on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), as well as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (audience measurement, only with your consent). These providers use your data solely for the purposes of the service and according to our instructions.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in the United States. When your data is transferred there, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
Data retention
Data submitted through forms is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Account data is kept while your account is active; after account deletion, it is erased within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Audience-measurement data follows the retention periods set in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Generated images
Images you upload to the Nabst Studio platform are not used to train artificial intelligence models. They are processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested visuals.
Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. With your consent, it also uses audience measurement tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that set cookies to analyze how the site is used; Microsoft Clarity additionally performs an anonymized recording of navigation, including on the signed-in app. These tools are only activated after you agree, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Cookie Settings page. No advertising cookies are used.
